Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Engage with customers in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and build loyalty Operate POS systems toast POS and efficiently for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards across the café, including food preparation areas and serving stations Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality Handle cash register operations accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations for transactions Assist in food handling and food preparation tasks to support overall café operations Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in the food industry with strong coffee knowledge and customer service skills Familiarity with POS system toast POS for sales processing and cash handling Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks during peak hours Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell beverages and food items confidently Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and proper sanitation procedures Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling and transactions Effective communication skills to engage positively with customers and team members Join us if you're passionate about creating great coffee experiences, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to be part of a lively team dedicated to excellence in food service.
