We are a full-concept restaurant serving breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, desserts, and specialty coffee drinks all day. Our baristas are a big part of the guest experience. You are often the first and last impression, whether someone is grabbing a latte to go or picking up a whole cake for a celebration. We are a hospitality-first restaurant. That means we lead with warmth, energy, and attention to detail in everything we do. We can teach recipes, systems, and technique. We're looking for someone who naturally enjoys taking care of people and being part of a team. What You'll Do Prepare specialty espresso drinks and brewed coffee with consistency and care Cut, score, and plate our scratch-made cakes and pies with precision Manage takeout orders and third-party delivery orders accurately Assist with packaging delivery orders to ensure quality and presentation Keep the coffee station, dessert case, and front counter stocked and clean Support the team during busy service periods Create genuine connections with guests every shift What We're Looking For Positive, guest-focused attitude Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail, especially with desserts and order accuracy Reliable and team-oriented Weekend availability is a plus Coffee experience is great, but not required if you're eager to learn Why Midtown High-volume, team-driven environment Scratch-made desserts and a full specialty coffee menu Opportunity to grow within a growing restaurant Leadership that is hands-on and supportive A place where hospitality actually matters If you love coffee, desserts, and making people feel welcome, this is your spot.
