We serve specialty coffee, frappes, energy drinks, lemonades, chai, matcha, and more through our drive-thru and event buses. We are not a quiet corporate coffee shop. We move fast, care deeply about quality and hospitality, and want team members who can handle pressure while creating an excellent customer experience. We are currently hiring both part-time and full-time team members with opportunities for leadership and advancement. Shift leads, drivers, and team leads are promoted from within as we continue to grow. Responsibilities Making espresso drinks and specialty beverages Preparing and serving drinks with speed and consistency Working drive-thru POS systems Maintaining drink quality during high-volume rushes Cleaning, stocking, and maintaining workstations Event setup and breakdown Opening and closing responsibilities Working outdoors during events when needed Engaging customers with energy, professionalism, and hospitality Supporting the team during fast-paced shifts Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation Must be available at least 2 Saturdays per month Early morning availability required Comfortable standing for long periods Able to work in fast-paced environments Strong communication skills Coachable attitude Attention to detail Team-oriented mindset No coffee experience required — we train the right people Compensation $12/hour starting pay Additional tips typically add $3-12/hour Full-time and part-time positions available Leadership opportunities available for strong performers Who Thrives Here Our best team members are: High energy Calm under pressure Quick learners Comfortable multitasking during rushes Team-first people Willing to clean and maintain high standards Able to handle fast-paced environments professionally
