Scooter's Coffee Barista We are looking for people with outgoing, friendly personalities. Those that exude positivity and enjoy interacting with other people. Previous experience in coffee is NOT required. You bring the personality, we will teach you the coffee! We are looking to fill several positions to include daytime hours, evenings & weekends. If you are interested in advancement opportunities, we are looking to develop leadership roles as well. Open availability is a plus! ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure consistent and quality customer experience by executing brand beverage recipes and techniques, resolving customer relations issues, and leading the team in delivering the Scooter's "Amazing" customer service experience Maintain speed of service standards during high-volume periods by staying calm, managing an efficient team workflow, anticipating customer needs, and utilizing downtime to prepare for the next rush Understand and execute cash handling, point of sale system, and operational procedures in an accurate, consistent manner Demonstrate punctuality, dependability, and adaptability
