Part-time / Full-time About the Role We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, takes pride in crafting quality drinks, and thrives in a fast-paced, community-centered environment. If you are interested in working with us, please bring your resume with a Barista. Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and specialty beverages to café standards Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service Take orders accurately and operate the POS system, including handling cash Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, equipment, and customer areas Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties Follow food safety and hygiene standards Communicate clearly with team members during busy service periods Represent the café's values, atmosphere, and brand with professionalism Qualifications Previous barista or food service experience preferred (training provided) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and consistency in drink preparation Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate items Availability for morning, mid, closing and weekend shifts (between 6:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) Availability for a more fixed, consistent schedule is a plus
