Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks, ensuring quality and presentation meet company standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations for sales and change Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing inquiries professionally Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and throughout the café Assist with food handling, serving, and basic food preparation tasks to support daily operations Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality Requirements Previous barista or food service experience, preferably within the food industry or café environment Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math applications Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods throughout shifts Experience in coffee or beverage preparation is a plus but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential Join us as a Boba Barista and be part of a lively team dedicated to creating delightful experiences!
