Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Engage with customers in a friendly, energetic manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and food safety practices Manage cash handling duties with precision, including cash register operations and basic math calculations Assist in food preparation tasks, including ingredient measurement and beverage assembly Uphold food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times to ensure customer safety Requirements No previous barista or food service experience required. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and active listening abilities Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math tasks Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and multitask effectively Embark on an energetic journey where your passion for coffee, beverages, and customer happiness makes a real difference!
