Part-Time Job Summary:

Qargo Coffee is seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Baristas/Cashiers to join our Nashua team. In this role, you will prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced café environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, hospitality, teamwork, and maintaining high operational standards. Baristas are responsible for beverage preparation, cashier operations, cleanliness, inventory support, and daily shift responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and food items according to Qargo Coffee recipes and standards Provide excellent customer service in a welcoming and professional environment Greet customers positively and assist them with menu selections and questions Operate POS systems and accurately process cash, debit, and credit card transactions Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, utensils, and dining areas Conduct daily quality checks of products and inventory Restock products and maintain adequate inventory levels Support retail sales of coffee accessories and merchandise Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently Assist with opening and closing procedures Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations Employees may assist with inventory transportation between store locations when necessary Employees may be scheduled for varying shifts based on operational needs Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma or currently in progress Previous barista or customer service experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for hospitality and customer service Ability to follow recipes and beverage standards accurately Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 20 lbs Willingness to learn and grow within the company Knowledge of coffee and food service terminology is a plus Benefits Competitive hourly pay + tips Growth opportunities within Qargo Coffee Employee discounts Ongoing training and development About Qargo Coffee Qargo Coffee is a fast-growing coffee brand committed to delivering premium coffee experiences through exceptional hospitality, innovation, and quality products.
