Qualifications Previous barista experience is preferred Ability to learn quickly Strong teamwork and strong interpersonal skills Can keep a clean and organized workstation Are open to learning new things (particularly the latest beverage recipe!) Love working as part of a team and welcome the opportunity to cooperate Understand how to provide an excellent customer service experience Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication Are comfortable with tasks such as cash handling and store safety Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays Responsibilities This position creates the Gloria Jean's Coffees experience for our customers by offering fast service, high-quality beverages, and items and keeping the store clean and comfortable. Customer service is our top priority!
