Position Overview:

Responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products.

Pay Rate:

Take money for purchases and give correct change. Assist with stocking coffee shop area. Assist with cleaning and maintaining area. Answer questions from customers on products. Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Excellent communication skills. Good grammar, voice, and diction. Basic computer and keyboarding skills. Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful).

Minimum Qualifications:

High school or equivalent education required. One to two years in a customer service position.
