We're opening our first brick-and-mortar space in Clifton, NJ and looking for baristas who share that belief. As a barista at Coffiyeh, you're not just making coffee, you're setting the tone for every guest who walks through the door. We're a specialty coffee house rooted in care, tradition, and meaningful connection. This is a place where your craft is taken seriously and your presence matters. We're looking for people who bring consistency, warmth, and attention to detail to every shift.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 1-2 years of barista experience in a specialty or high-volume café setting Solid espresso fundamentals — dialing in, milk texture, drink consistency A genuine hospitality mindset and comfort engaging with guests Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first attitude Ability to stay composed and quality-focused during busy rushes Interest in learning and growing within a thoughtful coffee program

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare espresso-based drinks and drip coffee to a consistent standard Welcome and serve guests with care and attentiveness Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar Support opening and closing procedures Communicate with teammates and contribute to a positive team environment

Pay:

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
