The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, prepare high-quality coffee and maintain a clean and welcoming environment. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting where attention to detail and teamwork are essential. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks using espresso machines and other equipment Operate POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Manage cash register transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling and sales recording Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth café operations throughout the shift Uphold food safety standards during food handling and preparation activities Assist in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere within the café environment Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in food service environments with knowledge of coffee preparation techniques Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales transactions Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Experience with serving, food preparation, and café operations is preferred but not required Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Join our team to deliver memorable café experiences while honing your skills in the dynamic food industry.
