In this dynamic role, you will lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver top-notch beverages and memorable experiences. Your expertise in coffee preparation, food handling, and retail operations will drive the success of our café. We're looking for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to elevate the customer experience with energy and professionalism. Duties Supervise daily café operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service Lead and motivate a team of baristas, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and flair, maintaining consistency Oversee food safety standards, proper food handling, and cleanliness protocols in line with regulations Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and cashiering duties accurately Assist customers with their orders, answer questions about menu items, and resolve any concerns promptly Monitor inventory levels, place supply orders as needed, and ensure proper food preparation procedures are followed Qualifications Proven experience as a barista with strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and food service standards Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a café or retail environment preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse clientele Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Embark on a rewarding journey where your leadership fuels our café's success!
