Bubble Tea Barista

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team in creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting café environment. If you have a love for coffee and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, this role is perfect for you. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks, teas, and Ice cream rolls according to established recipes and customer preferences. Operate the POS system and cash register efficiently to process customer transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and equipment. Assist with p handling, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards. Engage with customers to provide friendly service, take orders, and answer questions about menu items. Promote sales by suggesting additional items or upselling specialty drinks. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Skills Experience in food service or the food industry is highly desirable. Excellent math skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus.
