This role blends precision, speed, and hospitality ensuring both our espresso service and bar operations run flawlessly. Position Overview As a Barista / Barback, you will assist bartenders while also executing high-quality coffee service. You play a key role in maintaining the rhythm of the bar and delivering a polished guest experience.

Key Responsibilities Barback Duties:

Stock and replenish liquor, wine, beer, and bar supplies Prepare garnishes, juices, and bar mise en place Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Polish glassware and ensure presentation standards Assist bartenders during service for efficiency and speed Remove empty glassware and keep bar stations clean

Barista Duties:

Prepare espresso-based drinks (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) Maintain and clean espresso machines and coffee equipment Ensure consistency in presentation and quality of all coffee beverages Assist in dessert and after-dinner drink service (e.g., espresso martinis) Monitor coffee inventory and report shortage Requirements Previous barback or barista experience preferred (fine dining a plus) Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and bar operations Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay:

$21.83 - $26.29 per hour
