Barista

Overview Join our vibrant café team as a Barista and become the heart of a lively, welcoming environment! In this role, you'll make coffee/beverages, serve food, and deliver great customer service that keeps guests coming back. We're looking for someone with solid café or food service experience who's ready to hit the ground running and loves what they do. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages Greet customers warmly, taking orders accurately and using POS systems Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give accurate change while maintaining cash handling accuracy Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food prep stations and seating areas Assist in food preparation tasks, including assembling sandwiches, pastries, or other light menu items Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while upholding high-quality service standards Requirements Previous barista experience or background in coffee preparation is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee experiences!
