Duties Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and flair, ensuring each cup meets our high standards for quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently Manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity, including cashiering and basic math calculations for transactions Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about our menu, and offering personalized recommendations Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas, adhering to food handling regulations Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality or safety Skills Proven experience as a barista or in the food service industry, with a strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage customization Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for smooth transaction processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling practices, and proper sanitation procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate register operations Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment in a fast-paced café setting Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm for coffee meets your dedication to delivering top-tier service.
