24-40 hours per week ( Must be willing to work between 7:30AM ET to 4:30 PM ET Mon thru Sat. Additional availability to cover events after hours as well is a plus)

As a Kọ Cafe Kọrista , you'll support the Kọ Cafe Experience for our customers through excellent customer service, expertly-crafted products and being a friendly resource for the neighboring community. You'll be responsible for making Ko signature drinks as well as preparing lite bites (sandwiches). You'll be in an energetic store environment where you'll have the ability to master your food & beverage craft, work alongside friends and meet new people every day. A cup of coffee and a smile can go a long way, and we believe our Kọristas have the power to be the best moment in each customer's day. Our customers will love our coffee, but they'll really come to say Hi to you first. Know how to handle crowds and manage hurried guests Have excellent communications skills. Reimbursement for qualified professional development courses up to $250 a year ⬇ Basic Qualifications Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation Accurately operate a register/POS and handle cash and credit card transactions.
