We're currently looking for a reliable, hospitality-driven team member to join us primarily on weekends, with opportunities for additional hours and long-term growth over time. This is not a temporary or seasonal summer position. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, wants to learn, and is interested in growing within the café industry. What We're Looking For Friendly, warm, and naturally hospitable personality Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to stay calm and focused during busy rushes Reliable and punctual Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Interest in coffee, food, and hospitality culture Weekend availability Someone looking for a long-term opportunity rather than short-term seasonal work Experience is appreciated but not required. We value attitude, consistency, and willingness to learn more than prior café experience. Responsibilities Preparing espresso drinks, matcha, teas, and specialty beverages Taking customer orders and providing excellent service Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout shifts Assisting with light food preparation and sandwich assembly Supporting daily café operations during busy service periods Learning and maintaining drink quality and hospitality standards Position Details Starting pay: $15/hour + tips Compensation growth opportunities based on performance and experience Primarily weekend shifts to start Additional hours may become available over time Paid training provided About Belle Âme Cafe Belle Âme Cafe is a small independent café with a strong local following and a focus on quality-driven coffee, food, and hospitality.
