Speciality Cafe Team Member (PT)

Overview Brewshot Café is looking to expand our team as we continue growing our day-to-day café operations and guest experience. We're looking for someone who is reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced specialty coffee environment. This role is centered around supporting overall café flow during peak service hours — including beverage preparation, guest interactions, food support, restocking, cleanliness, and maintaining consistency across the café. Duties & Responsibilities Prepare espresso beverages, matcha, teas, and seasonal drinks while following café standards and recipes Support brunch and light food preparation during service Maintain cleanliness, organization, and restocking throughout shifts Deliver professional, guest-focused customer service in a fast-paced environment Support opening and closing responsibilities as assigned Maintain consistency in beverage builds, food portions, and overall presentation Communicate inventory shortages and operational issues to management when necessary Work collaboratively with the team to maintain efficient café flow during peak hours Requirements & Qualifications Weekend availability required; morning availability preferred Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment Strong communication, awareness, and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and able to follow operational standards consistently Comfortable multitasking between bar, register, food support, and cleaning responsibilities Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically active work Prior café, coffee, or hospitality experience preferred, but willingness to learn is equally important. Interest in specialty coffee and guest experience strongly preferred
