We are looking for a full-time barista, 40 hours per week starting $16-$18 an hour plus tips. We are also looking for a part-time barista as well. Must be able to work Monday through Saturday. The coffee cart will be open 8am to 2:30pm. As Barista, you will be the front line of product and service excellence that we aim to provide. You will greet customers, take orders, and prepare and serve drinks. You will also maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace and dining area, update displays, and continuously expand your knowledge of beverage quality controls, preparation methods, and presentation. You will also work closely with the Market Manager to ensure the market is well stocked and orders are received in a timely fashion. At CoolVines, attitude and energy are preeminent, and it will be no different at Butler Coffee Cart. Our Baristas are expected to be positive, friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about all things coffee. Experience is a plus - latte art skills are highly prized! - though demonstration of your dedication to learning and love of coffee and service may be sufficient, as training will be available.

Barista Requirements:

Latte art skills required At least 1-year Barista experience preferred. ServSafe food handling certification will be required Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
