Job Description
Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional boba tea experiences for our customers. You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing outstanding customer service. We're a fun, fast-paced boba tea, dessert, and sushi shop focused on great drinks, good vibes, and creating real connections with our community. Duties Prepare boba teas, specialty drinks, fresh beverages, and desserts with consistency and quality Provide friendly, welcoming customer service and create a positive guest experience Take customer orders and operate the POS system accurately Keep the workspace, front counter, and dining area clean and organized Restock ingredients, toppings, cups, and supplies throughout shifts Work efficiently during busy rushes while maintaining a positive attitude Support teammates and contribute to a fun, team-oriented environment Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times Qualifications Enjoys connecting with customers and creating a welcoming environment Previous food service or cashier experience is preferred, but not required Positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced setting Reliable, punctual, and professional Familiarity with POS systems is a plus Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Willingness to learn and contribute to a positive workplace culture We are looking to hire full time, 40 hours a week. Morning shifts are usually 11-6 Night shifts are usually 6-Close (Usually 10:30 during the week and 11 during the weekend.)
