• Part-time, Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a responsible and energetic Barista / Cashier to join our team.

You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. Your ability to provide excellent customer service and your attention to detail will ensure that each guest has an enjoyable experience. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards. Assist customers with menu selections, providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately, including operating the cash register and processing payments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and dining spaces. Monitor inventory levels of food and beverage supplies, assisting with restocking as needed. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards during food preparation and handling. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, addressing any questions or concerns promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Qualifications Previous experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety practices is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A willingness to learn about coffee brewing methods and beverage preparation techniques.
