Requirements:

Read and speak fluently in English Stand for long periods of time - shifts range from 6-8hrs Lift moderate amounts of weight - Max 70 lbs Work 4 days/week , open or close alone, weekend availability Responsibilities Greet customers, provide menu and assistance Confidently explain menu items and products, using resources Thorough knowledge of our coffees and teas Record customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages and food products Collect and process payments and refunds Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment Receive, package and stock supplies or retail products Complete daily tasks thoroughly and efficiently Communicate and ask questions for clarification Additional tasks, management deems necessary Skills and Experience Numeracy and money-handling skills (preferred) Prior experience in the food and beverage industry (preferred) Experience with coffee making equipment (preferred) Working knowledge of coffee and standard beverage recipes (preferred) Key Competencies Customer service skills Self starter Time management and organizational skills Communication and teamwork mentality Honesty, integrity, reliability Attention to details Respond well to criticism Application Question(s): Are you seeking Part Time, Full Time or Seasonal Employment?
