Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Engage with customers warmly, providing excellent customer service that exceeds expectations Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for cash handling, sales processing, and order management Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas Follow food safety guidelines diligently during food handling and preparation processes Manage time effectively to handle busy periods smoothly while maintaining quality standards Assist with food service tasks such as food prep, stocking supplies, and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed Experience Previous barista experience or background in the food industry is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate transaction processing Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts Serving or café experience that demonstrates reliability and a proactive attitude Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee experiences!
