Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Handle food preparation tasks, including assembling pastries, sandwiches, and other café offerings in accordance with food safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently Manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity, including cash register balancing and drawer reconciliation Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, adhering to food handling and safety protocols Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product recommendations to enhance their experience Conduct inventory checks and restock supplies to ensure seamless service throughout the shift Experience Previous barista experience in a fast-paced café or food service environment is preferred Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during overnight shifts effectively Proven ability in sales techniques and customer service excellence Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and basic math skills for cash handling and retail math Experience in food preparation, serving, and general food industry practices is advantageous Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels our guests' mornings!
