Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of beverages and food items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering and processing payments swiftly and accurately. Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety, especially in nightclub or banquet settings, while providing attentive service during busy hours. Restock bar supplies, ingredients, and glassware as needed to ensure smooth operations throughout shifts. Follow all food safety regulations and alcohol service laws, including checking IDs when necessary. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or retail math is highly desirable, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as TOAST POS or Micros POS is preferred; basic math skills are essential for cash handling and sales transactions. Strong customer service skills with the ability to serve diverse clientele confidently and professionally. Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently during busy shifts. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Experience in catering, banquet service, brewing, or retail environments is a plus.
