[Morning shifts, evening shifts, weekends required Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Bistro Attendant to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott. This role is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests in our Bistro, ensuring a welcoming and efficient dining experience. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, courteous service Take food and beverage orders and process payments accurately Prepare and serve menu items such as breakfast items, coffee, and light dinner options Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Bistro, kitchen, and dining areas Stock supplies and ensure all items are readily available for service Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned Qualifications Previous food service, barista, or hospitality experience preferred but not required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic math and cash handling skills Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs Benefits Competitive pay Employee discounts at Marriott properties Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment
