In this dynamic role, you will deliver exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages. You will also be given the opportunity to use the facilities when you are not working. Duties Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Assist with food preparation and food handling tasks to ensure safe, fresh offerings for guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food safety practices and proper food storage procedures. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming environment. Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks such as serving, cashiering, and food prep seamlessly. Qualifications You must have the right attitude and be proud to represent our brand. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions. You must be reliable , on time and work as member of our team. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Experience as a barista and familiarity with café operations, using POS systems would all be a plus and reflected in your starting hourly rate. However we are also happy to train candidates who have the right attitude and reliability. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work effectively as part of a team in a retail or food industry environment.
