Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and provide knowledgeable guidance on coffee, cocktails, and beverage offerings. Prepare all coffee, specialty drinks, and alcoholic beverages following recipes, calibration standards, and established techniques. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the bar, equipment, and work areas, including restocking supplies and completing daily checkouts. Follow all SNHD, M&F, and beverage service regulations, including proper ID verification and responsible alcohol service. Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, and ensure accuracy in POS operations. Stay composed during high-volume periods, multitask efficiently, and support both to-go and dine-in service. Collaborate effectively with the team, support special events, and contribute to a positive and professional work environment. Operate both solo and tandem bar setups while maintaining consistent product quality and guest satisfaction. Requirements Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and sales transactions Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends if required
