What You'll Do Craft Beverages:

Prepare coffee and tea drinks to Starbucks standards, including espresso beverages, Frappuccinos, and seasonal specialties

Customer Service:

Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and create a welcoming, memorable experience

Product Knowledge:

Recommend drinks and food items, explain ingredients, and highlight new offerings

Cash Handling:

Operate the POS system, process payments, and maintain a balanced cash drawer

Store Maintenance:

Clean workstations, restock supplies, and follow all food safety protocols

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with fellow baristas to keep operations smooth and efficient Working Hours Shifts vary and may include early mornings, weekends, and holidays
