Job Description

Bonfire Coffeehouse Is Hiring! Come join our dynamic cafe in the heart of Amagansett. Bonfire Coffeehouse is hiring an experienced Barista and a dishwasher/food prep staff member! Both Seasonal and part-time positions are available.
Our Ideal Candidate:
•Someone who smiles and likes to have fun! A big smile and outgoing personality will light up the room and make our customers feel welcome. Customer Service is our number one goal. Desire to work with an awesome team and be a team player with the aim of achieving our number one goal: creating a special experience for our customers. Ability to focus on several tasks at the same time, especially during our busiest hours. Willingness to learn several positions and shift between positions when needed. Promptness•your teammates are depending on you, as are our customers. Understanding that the customer experience begins and ends with our employees. You are willing to go the extra mile to make that experience the best it can be. We all lead stressful lives. WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO
One of our favorite ways to spend time together after a long day is to be with nature and to gather with friends and family around a bonfire. Bonfire Coffeehouse strives to evoke our love for warm summer nights or cool winter gatherings, creating a place of kinship for our community while appreciating the beauty of our natural resources. We are Three Sisters, a cousin and a niece, who have great passion for coffee, share Italian roots which are showcased in our culinary fare, and who love gelato•who doesn't? We have some of the best equipment in the industry to create our drinks and eats, including the newest La Marzocco espresso machine, Panasonic ovens, and the best Gelato freezer direct from Italy. We offer competitive compensation between $18•$21 per hour, depending on experience, plus tips. Bonfire Coffeehouse is an Equal Opportunity Employer. And, most of all, we are family people.
