Barista Mush Coffee (Bayfront Café, Long Island)

Mush Coffee is a small, rapidly growing coffee shop located in Long Island Bay specializing in healthy mushroom-shaped coffees.

We're not a traditional coffee shop we focus on quality, consistency, and creating a quiet, comfortable environment for our customers.

We are looking for two reliable, positive, and team-oriented baristas who love their work and would love to be part of our community-focused coffee shop.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare espresso and specialty drinks Ensure consistent and reliable quality for every beverage Provide warm and friendly customer service Maintain a clean and tidy work area Assist the team during busy periods

Qualifications:

Prior barista or coffee shop experience preferred Ability to remain calm and efficient during busy periods Highly reliable and responsible Positive attitude and eagerness to learnPreferred (not required): Latte art experience Interest in specialty coffee

Salary:

$16-20/hour + tips (depending on experience)

Other:

Weekend work required.

Outstanding candidates will have the opportunity to advance to head barista or management positions.
