Duties Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems Prepare and serve coffee beverages, food items, and snacks following quality standards and safety guidelines. Operate POS terminals efficiently to process transactions, handle cash, credit cards, and perform cashiering duties with precision. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, food prep stations, and seating spaces to ensure a safe environment. Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while balancing multiple tasks. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies, monitoring food safety practices, and ensuring proper food handling procedures. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Requirements Previous barista or coffee experience is highly preferred; familiarity with food handling and preparation is a plus. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and effective communication abilities. Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment. Week day availabilities (Monday to Friday)
