Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide expert wine recommendations based on their preferences and menu selections Serve wine confidently, ensuring proper presentation, pouring techniques, and adherence to food safety standards Manage POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling Support events and catering functions by preparing wine service stations and assisting with setup and breakdown Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wine cellar, serving stations, and storage areas in compliance with food safety regulations Qualifications Familiarity with POS systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor Knowledge of food safety standards and proper meal preparation practices within the food industry Culinary or culinary-related experience is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for fine dining, and exceptional service come together!
