Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and care. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, manage register operations, and perform basic math for sales totals. Assist with food handling, food preparation, and serving snacks or light menu items as needed. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality. Qualifications Proven experience as a barista with a strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and basic math for cashiering. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours. Previous experience in the food industry or café environment is advantageous. Ability to work part-time hours including mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
