We're looking for outgoing, energetic baristas who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, connecting with customers, and being part of a fun, stylish brand. Experience is a plus, but great attitude, reliability, and personality matter most. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, product questions, and store navigation. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges. Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods with precision and integrity. Upsell products and promote store specials or promotions to enhance the customer's shopping experience. Maintain clean and organized checkout areas, ensuring merchandise is properly stocked and displayed during slow periods. Conduct product demos when appropriate to educate customers about new or featured items. Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely.

Pay:

$17/hour base + tips Our tip system is shared across the team, and most shifts earn well above the base pay.
