The first face customers see. You own the counter experience — taking orders with accuracy, handling payments, and keeping the drink line moving. This is a customer service role first. Bar skills develop naturally over time.

WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE

Greeting every customer and taking orders at the register with accuracy and energy Processing all payment types quickly and without error Learning and using the full Street Blends menu to make genuine recommendations Prepping cups with sauces, syrups, ice, and labels so the bar stays ahead Keeping the counter area clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift Communicating upcoming orders to baristas clearly during peak periods
