Overview Betty's Snack Bar, a hybrid coffee shop, cafe, grocery & craft beer store, with a night time bar/restaurant next door, seeks an experienced, hospitality‑driven Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate is skilled in coffee preparation, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and delivers warm, attentive service with every guest interaction. This role requires consistency, professionalism, and a passion for creating exceptional beverage experiences.

Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks Delivering food to customers sitting in cafe Ring out groceries & re-stock grocery items in our retail store Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing inquiries promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality Follow all food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers
