Barista

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Barista to join our team. This customer-facing role involves preparing high-quality beverages, assisting with food items, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy engaging with customers while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages to company standards Perform daily food prep and assist with light cooking or warming of food items Take customer orders accurately and handle transactions Hand off completed orders efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, kitchen, and service areas Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous barista or food service experience preferred, but not required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting Attention to detail and consistency in drink preparation Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Work Environment:

Fast-paced café setting with continuous customer interaction Standing for extended periods and working with coffee equipment

Schedule:

Full time employees require full availability including weekends
