Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Greet customers warmly, taking orders accurately while providing friendly and attentive service Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions swiftly and correctly Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food handling, preparation areas, and the café environment Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering and basic math calculations Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and ensure the café is well-organized at all times Assist with food preparation and serving snacks or light meals as needed to enhance customer experience Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in the food service industry, with strong coffee knowledge preferred Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Strong time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly while maintaining quality standards Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and proper sanitation practices Ability to work effectively in a team environment within a bustling café setting Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels great experiences!
