Juice Bar Barista

Overview We are seeking a skilled and friendly juice bar attendant to join our dynamic team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. • Prepare and serve juices, smoothies, and other items to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the bar area and equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns
• Manage cash register and process transactions accurately
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and promotions
• Prepare food items, such as wraps and sandwiches
• Manage time effectively to meet customer demands and maintain a high level of productivity
• Perform basic math calculations to handle cash transactions and inventory management
• Operate a cash register and handle cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments
• Develop a thorough understanding of our products and promotions
• Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Requirements
• Experience as a Barista or in a related field
• Strong knowledge of Juice preparation techniques and supplements
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and inventory management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Food handling certification or willingness to obtain
• Experience working in a café or restaurant environment
