Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and process transactions efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the café area, including food handling and preparation Assist with food service tasks such as assembling food items, restocking supplies, and ensuring proper food presentation Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards Provide friendly customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Requirements Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
