Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and energetic individual to join our front-of-house team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages, and maintaining a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and enjoys interacting with a diverse community of regulars and newcomers.

Key Responsibilities Beverage Preparation:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty house beverages, adhering to established quality standards and recipes.

Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately using the POS system, and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.

Food Handling:

Prepare and serve light food items such as pastries, sandwiches, or breakfast items following food safety guidelines.

Maintenance & Cleanliness:

Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Perform regular cleaning of equipment (espresso machines, grinders), seating areas, and restrooms.

Inventory Support:

Assist with restocking supplies, milk, and food items. Notify management when inventory levels are low.

Cash Handling:

Process transactions accurately and manage a cash drawer according to shop protocols. Qualifications Previous experience in a cafe or customer service environment is preferred but not required. Ability to learn quickly and master beverage recipes and equipment operation. Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Physical ability to remain standing for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
