• Operate POS system to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and addressing customer inquiries.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain cash register accuracy.
• Follow food safety protocols and guidelines to ensure proper food handling.
• Assist with food preparation and serving as needed.
• Utilize sales skills to upsell products and increase revenue.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations.
• Prepare drinks Qualifications
• Experience in a fast-paced food service environment
• Proficient in POS systems and cash handling
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction
• Ability to work efficiently in a team setting
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
• Prior experience in a bakery or café setting is a plus
