At Pace Café , we're more than just a spot for great coffee — we're a community hub built on creativity, quality, and passion. We make everything in-house from scratch using 100% organic ingredients — no seed oils, no shortcuts. We care about what we serve and how we operate. Now we're looking for someone who's excited to be part of that energy — a Barista who's into wellness, creativity, and community. This isn't your typical barista gig — we want someone who can bring great vibes behind the bar.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Drink Prep Make high-quality espresso + coffee drinks the Pace way Craft house-made wellness drinks (Golden Milk, Matcha, Chai, Bulletproof, etc.) Prep in-house syrups, dairy-free milks, and other specialty ingredients Know the menu and help customers customize confidently Food Prep Assemble grab-and-go items and fresh breakfast sandwiches Follow recipes and portioning for consistency Keep the workspace clean, stocked, and organized Customer Experience Create a welcoming, positive vibe for everyone who walks in Ring up orders accurately using Toast POS Share our passion for clean, organic food with every interaction Daily Operations Restock cups, coffee beans, milk, syrups, etc. Keep inventory tidy and communicate when we're low Help clean and reset the café throughout the shift Support with open/close tasks to keep things running smooth Team Collaboration Jump in to help wherever needed — we all wear a few hats here Maintain a flow during rushes and lend a hand when it's slow Sustainability Follow our low-waste practices and encourage eco-friendly choices Educate guests on our organic, scratch-made approach

REQUIREMENTS

Barista or café experience is a plus Strong communication + multitasking skills Familiarity with content creation or social media is a bonus Passion for organic food, scratch kitchens, and health-forward living Dependable, punctual, and available for weekends or holidays as needed This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into full-time. Whether you're looking to expand your barista skills, express your creativity, or just be part of something intentional and fresh — we'd love to meet you. Keep in mind the pay range is based on the days you work with the base pay and tips.
