Store Supervisor What you'll do Lead, coach, and motivate baristas and shift leads during daily operations Oversee opening and closing procedures to meet BIGGBY brand standards Manage scheduling, inventory, and ordering to keep operations smooth Train new team members on drink prep, customer service, and food safety Support ownership with reporting, cash handling, and compliance What we're looking for 1-2 years supervisory experience in food service, coffee, or retail (required) Strong communication skills and a natural ability to lead a team Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends Food handler certification or willingness to obtain prior to start Prior coffee or BIGGBY experience a plus Shift Lead What you'll do Lead the team and manage floor operations during your assigned shift Ensure drink quality, speed of service, and cleanliness meet BIGGBY standards Handle opening or closing duties and end-of-shift cash reporting Delegate tasks, support baristas, and step in wherever the team needs help Communicate shift notes and any issues to the Store Supervisor What we're looking for At least 6 months of experience in food service, coffee, or retail (required) A natural leader who earns trust through reliability and a positive attitude Comfortable holding the team accountable while keeping morale high Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends Barista What you'll do Craft BIGGBY's full menu of lattes, smoothies, teas, creme freezes, and more Greet every customer warmly and deliver a memorable experience each visit Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store at all times Accurately process orders and handle register transactions Restock supplies and assist with opening or closing duties as needed What we're looking for Friendly, upbeat personality with a genuine love for customer service Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy rushes No coffee experience required — we'll train you on everything Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends Must be at least 16 years of age What every team member gets Flexible scheduling — 20 to 60 hours per week based on your availability Competitive hourly pay (commensurate with role and experience) Free drinks every shift and employee discounts Full training provided — no prior coffee experience needed for barista roles A positive, community-focused team culture you'll actually look forward to Clear growth path: barista → shift lead → supervisor as we expand How to apply Submit your resume and indicate which role(s) you're interested in.
