Winston's is a local coffee & waffle business looking for an energetic, people-oriented Lead Barista to help lead our team across two Columbus locations. We're searching for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with customers, and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience while keeping operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

Previous barista experience required Strong leadership skills and ability to confidently work solo during busy shifts Weekend availability required Ability to work across multiple Winston's locations Organized and proactive with maintaining barista equipment, cleanliness, and inventory Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills Open to cross-training in all positions, including food prep, customer service, and operations Comfortable in a high-energy, team-focused environment

Responsibilities:

Craft high-quality espresso drinks and specialty beverages Lead shifts and maintain smooth daily operations Keep barista stations, equipment, and storage areas clean and organized Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs Deliver exceptional hospitality and help create a fun community atmosphere Support team members and help train new staff as needed Why Winston's?
