Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with attention to quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS efficiently for order entry and cash handling Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and provide friendly service to enhance guest satisfaction Manage cash register operations including cash handling, credit card transactions, and balancing registers at shift end Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and café environment Assist with food handling, basic food prep, and serving snacks or light menu items as needed Support sales goals by engaging customers and promoting products while managing retail math for inventory control Requirements Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge preferred; passion for coffee is a plus! Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to stand for extended periods, lift light equipment or supplies, and work in a fast-paced environment Reliable team player with a positive attitude eager to learn and grow within the food service industry This role offers an energetic environment where your enthusiasm makes a difference.
