Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items meet safety and quality standards Operate POS systems Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, kitchen, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer needs promptly Support food handling procedures, including food safety practices and proper food storage Skills Proven experience as a Barista Familiarity with POS systems Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and effective communication abilities Basic math proficiency for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in the food industry.
